In this set, the Brad Williams Five explores the plate tectonics of musical sound: The idea that a great energy arises from the scraping of large, opposing movements as they grind past one another. The result is volcanic.
Attempts to wed the searching, spiritual intellect of jazz with the earnest swagger of rock are are at least forty years old. Where this set differs is that it is not an attempt, but rather a natural outgrowth of an unbiased view of sound. The disparate elements that inform this music are united not in a superficial juxtaposition of aesthetic qualities, but rather with the understanding that all music spills from a common wellspring, and in the fourth dimension it is all part of a single line, anyway.

.357 Lover
I am now playing in the band .357 Lover. The band includes Corn Mo, bassist Dave Wallin, drummer Ron Salvo, and guitarists Brad Williams and Bob Lanzetti. Recommended if you always secretly kinda liked over-the-top arena rock, can relate to songs about junior high school, werewolves and pro wrestling, and enjoy having a good time while being rocked hard.
Solo Songs
Hey-- I've been writing and recording some songs, possibly for eventual release. On these, I'm playing all instruments and vocals, producing, composing, engineering, etc. Kind of messing around with the idea of songwriting and being a one-man show, which sounded like a fun thing to try. These are kind of in loosely reverse-chronological order, but there are a few that aren't posted here. These are some of the ones that I think came out okay. Feel free to download for personal use.
